Who owns the advertising account?
You will always be the sole owner of the advertising account whether it’s with Google, Facebook, Bing or Yahoo. We simply request access through our manager account. You will be billed directly by the company which you are advertising with. You will receive a separate bill from us for the monthly management fee.

Is there a commitment?
There is no time commitment or contract but initial optimization does take time. We don’t believe in get-rich-quick schemes, we strive to create well optimized online advertising campaigns that consistently provide quality leads for our clients. Although we will always be optimizing, the initial optimization can range from 1-3 months.

How will I see my campaign performance?
There are a few different ways for you to view the performance of your campaigns. Each month, you will receive an emailed report of your stats highlighting cost and top performers (ads, keywords, etc). As the account owner you will have the ability to login to your ad accounts to view all data as often as you wish.

What is a landing page and why do I need one?
Up to 75% of advertising traffic may be lost due to a poor landing page experience. If your ads are pointing to the homepage of your website, you are losing money. Every proper advertising campaign should utilize landing pages. A good landing page is consistent with the advertised message while communicating trustworthiness and credibility. What if I want to cancel my plan?
You can cancel your plan at any time. Just send an email to hello@mediboost.co.

Is my advertising budget paid directly to LegalBoost?
No. Your advertising budget and the LegalBoost management fee are paid separately.
